07 / Frequently asked questions

Before we begin.

Who can partner with Riviq?

Carriers, technology providers, system integrators, domain specialists, consultants, industry associations, accelerators, and businesses with a well-defined operational problem can explore a partnership.

Is partner access free?

Approved partners may receive no-cost access to a scoped evaluation workspace, product demonstrations, and agreed enablement during a time-bound qualification or pilot. Production use, customer-specific development, third-party services, cloud consumption, and extended support are separately scoped and agreed in writing.

What does Riviq need from a partner?

We need a clear problem statement, an accountable business and technical contact, relevant domain or system knowledge, access to agreed test environments or representative data, and timely validation of the proposed workflow.

Who owns customer data and intellectual property?

Customer data remains subject to the applicable customer agreement. Existing intellectual property remains with its owner. Any jointly created assets, commercial rights, confidentiality obligations, and permitted reuse are agreed before substantive delivery begins.

How does a partnership begin?

We begin with a fit discussion, define one valuable use case, confirm responsibilities and success measures, then agree whether to proceed with validation, a technical proof, or a customer pilot.

Can we jointly approach customers?

Yes, where the fit is clear and both parties agree on positioning, responsibilities, commercial terms, customer ownership, and support expectations before engagement.

Start with a real opportunity

Bring the capability, context, or customer problem.

We will evaluate the fit with you and define the smallest useful path to a working partnership.
